This year I am celebrating my 20th year in the finance arena. It has been a great pleasure to assist borrowers with their goals of first time home ownership, moving up, down sizing, and refinancing their existing mortgages.

It is important to me to give the service that I also expect. Answering and returning phone calls timely, explaining all angles and options, being available on weekends and evenings to answer questions while the borrower is out looking at homes, and reviewing the closing documents prior to closing. Educating the buyer to make an informed decision is key, there should be no confusion when done well. This type of service cements relationships and garners hundreds of relationships along the years.

I am always proud to cross paths with a client at a sporting event or grocery store and introduce my family and have the client again thank me for my help in the past, as well as refer me someone on the future.

The mortgage business should be represented well; honesty, integrity, professionally – promises delivered!

Every mortgage is as different as the person taking out that mortgage is, and I approach each client with confidentiality and open communication. When a client needs to inform me of their finances and any past or present credit issues, they need to know they can trust me. My clients know that they are dealing with a person of integrity – a reputation that I have worked hard to uphold. It is as simple as under promising and over delivering.

I grew up in Hartland and have been a life long resident of Livingston County. It is an honor to live and work in the same community as the clients that I serve.
