My responsibilities include underwriting, processing, approving lenders, clerical and office administration, as well as maintaining the day to day operations. This year I am celebrating my 20th year in the finance arena. It has been a great pleasure to assist borrowers with their goals of first time home ownership, moving up, down sizing, and refinancing their existing mortgages.
It is important to me to give the service that I also expect. Answering and returning phone calls timely, explaining all angles and options, being available on weekends and evenings to answer questions while the borrower is out looking at homes, and reviewing the closing documents prior to closing. Educating the buyer to make an informed decision is key, there should be no confusion when done well. This type of service cements relationships and garners hundreds of relationships along the years.
I am always proud to cross paths with a client at a sporting event or grocery store and introduce my family and have the client again thank me for my help in the past, as well as refer me someone on the future.

I have been a resident of the Livingston County Area for the past five years. I graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Since Graduation I have been employed in the Mortgage Industry as a processor and underwriter. I enjoy my job primarily because every single person has a different personal and financial background and the best feeling is evaluating what is best for each individual and getting them into the home of their dreams.
